Step by Step process for selling your house
- Step 1: We’ll sit together and discuss your alternatives (i.e. Pricing and Time Frame)
- Step 2: We’ll Evaluate the right marketing plan for reaching your goals. It includes establishing the right price, terms, price and marketing strategy.
- Step 3: Get started with the marketing of your home. There are many things we’ll do to find the perfect buyer for your home. I.E. Creating feature flyers, holding open houses, developing advertising and exposing to other salespeople. I’ll also go over my Review Form every 30 days to make sure that we are on the right track.
- Step 4: Once we find the perfect buyer, I’ll negotiate the offer
- Step 5: At this stage, we have reached a fair purchase agreement and can actually transfer the ownership to the buyer and get money in your pocket.
There are many details involved in getting the sale closed and it requires a great deal of communication. My role during this stage is to see that all the details are handled quickly and professionally on your behalf.
